The space
Located in the heart of Saint Augustine Beach on A Street. Walking distance to all of the local surf shops, boutiques, and restaurants that line A1A Beach Blvd. We are also only 4 miles from the historic downtown area of St. Augustine where trolleys are available to give tours and transportation to visitors.
The Castle
First Floor
Walking in through the front door, there is a small living room with a couch with a queen sleeper tv and laundry area. There are also 2 guest bedrooms and master bedroom on the ground level. Off the living room is a large guest bedroom with a queen bed and pull out sofa, accompanied by its own full bathroom. Adjacent to that, there is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom is directly across from another full bath on the first level of the house. Off the front of the living room there is one of two master bedrooms as well as an entrance onto the deck. This master bedroom has a king bed, a faux fireplace, and a full bath as well. The two doors right outside of this dreamy bedroom, lead to the well-furnished deck with two tables and plenty of seating. The yard leads to a small pathway over the dunes, where you can walk straight out and enjoy the sun and the beach! Once your beach day is done, the deck is also home to an outdoor shower so you can keep your space as clean as you wish.
Second Floor
Upon entering the front door, before reaching the common area of the downstairs, are a set of stairs leading to the main area of the home. The living room is very open with vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the ocean. The spacious and stunning kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essential utensils, pots, pans, and appliances needed to make your whole family gourmet meals. If the weather fails you and you are unable to eat and enjoy the view from outside, the dinning room and island have seating for 14. The dinning room offers a half bathroom. The Master Bedroom is also located off the dinning room and has a private full bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property.

Other things to note
Our parking lot is big enough for 4 small vehicles or 3 large SUVs to park diagonally. The only restriction to our parking is that you cannot block the neighbor’s driveway! Please don't park over the crack in the driveway that runs north to south.
